The advantage of using a stitch in such a project I haven't use a lot before: a real good practise!

Last weekend we were at Alice Lake. Last time camping this season, with 2 degrees below zero.

Company was great, Campground great, hikes great and great mushrooms. Because the woods are so moist, there are many varieties to be found. As a small child I have been walking

around and here are some of my pictures I made of them. Fall really is here!

Making dolls...

I've been asked to make more dolls....Which is really nice and a compliment.
I am hesitating because I make so many diverse toys for all the seasons, that it becomes pretty busy!
And this diversity is exactly what I like.
We will see what future will bring.
Don't know how you all do it, being creative and a full time mum. I am struggling with this..
As long as there are no deadlines it feels okay for me, and I stay a nice person... as it gets toooo busy.... uhm let's say I'm not responding to my own personal idea I have about myself...which is being creative and at the same time providing a stabile nice, happy warm environment for our family....
Also I promised myself and family if it was possible financially to be stay-at-home-mum for julia's first 3 yrs. so sometimes when I'm busy I think... now only 3 months to go, she will be three.... wauw already! yeah . but at the same time I think only three months to go, so make and enjoy all of it!
No stress! here... hé When a doll/toy is ready, it is ready. (Thank you for the wait!!!)

New Familymembers

Trying to make new familymembers....
a very good friend of ours asked me to try to make the same doll as the one I already made: Sam,
what I have tried. What I found out: it is almost unpossible!!! as it is all handwork!! ,
And during the making-process, it also feels so good when a little doll-soul arrives.... so
I am ready to give her the one I already made, as they fell already in love with him,
and the one I made now.... is definitely a girl. She will have the name Mila.
I will continue with her making and show you a picture when she is done
and ready to play!!!
